Boomspace can install Room Booking Systems which are linked to the Building Management Systems. These are generally located in convenient spaces such as in reception spaces and outside lift banks in lobby areas. The Room Booking Systems are user-friendly display screens which enable a colleague to see the floor plan/ layout of the level they are on and, at a glance, which meeting rooms are available to book on any given floor and allow them the function to reserve a room when it is free.

These screens in turn are linked to screens outside each meeting room. Once a room is booked via the touchscreen display in the communal area, the screen outside that room changes colour from green to red so it is clear to other room users that this space is occupied.
