The Boomspace Approach begins with an initial consultation process, based on the Client’s brief, so we can fully and thoroughly understand your requirements and specifications.  We then conduct a full site survey for your existing offices or work off tender documentation for any new fit outs.  Our next step is to carefully consider how we move forward and tailor the best Boomspace solution to fulfil your project, based on budgetary costs.

AV Design - we design bespoke solutions tailored to the individual requirements

Once we have a full understanding of the brief and site, we research the right specification and refine the user case of each room, to design the best solution that not only meets the Project brief, but is sympathetic to future-proofing the AV system.

Based on the design specification, we cost up the solution and present a proposal which outlines the key deliverables and budgetary costs. This will be presented and discussed with the Client.

Project Planning and Administration

This will include procurement, managing deliveries and asset registers. Detailed follow up meetings with Client to ensure that the project is on track, working with other third parties (such as interior and construction companies).

At Boomspace we do everything we can to alleviate any stress and hassle which includes overseeing procurement, managing deliveries and asset registers. We work closely with other third parties including interior and construction companies in order to ensure that your project is on track.

We also hold detailed follow up meetings with our clients and third party contractors to discuss the overall progress.

AV Project Management and Installation

Our knowledgeable team will install all of your AV equipment personally to ensure your new AV systems work seamlessly from day one of your new office being operational. Boomspace’s experienced project managers and specialist engineers will carry out your installations including all programming and commissioning. We will conduct a full handover so that key personnel understand how the equipment works and deliver training to super users to ensure everyone knows how to use the AV systems.

We pride ourselves on After Sales support following completion of a Project. Boomspace will give you peace of mind when it comes to ongoing support through our Annual Service Level Agreement. Additionally, we offer training and support to the super users.
