We care about what happens after sales.  We understand that our clients need a reliable AV system and our service level agreement gives you peace of mind as we can be on hand to provide remote support at any time.  This dramatically reduces the risk of downtime or failure which enables cost savings with better ROI.  We use highly qualified technicians to provide our dedicated and professional Boomcare support service nationwide.  We install our equipment in such a way that our technicians can easily access the equipment when servicing it without causing disruption.

Depending on your needs, we offer an affordable tiered service level agreement, which will allow us to monitor and control your systems to keep it running at maximum performance.  We can also take over the maintenance of any existing audio visual systems you may already have installed, which will help to reduce unnecessary costs to your business or organisation in the event of unexpected system issues and also help to extend the operation beyond life expectancy. We have a customer support ticketing system to keep track of issues and produce reports for our clients.

  • Service tier options - we have developed 4 service tier options, providing you with flexible solutions that meet your company’s individual needs. We are happy to discuss bespoke solutions for any additional requirements you may have. Each tier offers progressively faster response times.

  • Maintenance visits - We carry out scheduled maintenance visits by our fully trained engineers.  They can identify problems before they occur and ensure your equipment is working at optimum at all times. This reduces the risk of equipment failure and down time, and therefore the cost of ownership.

  • Phone and On-site support - We make sure downtime is kept at a minimum through scheduled maintenance visits backed up with solid phone and onsite fast support response times.

  • Boompace Ticketing System - We keep track of all issues through our online ticketing service to guarantee our response is fast and prevents costly downtime. A monthly, quarterly or annual report can be generated to allow managers and Boomspace to review the current status of the AV systems.

  • Equipment Repair - Our experienced engineers can speedily repair audio visual equipment, either on or off site. All repairs are guaranteed for a minimum of 3 months. We aim to get an engineer’s assessment for repairs to you within 7 working days. We can arrange for loan equipment to be shipped out to you should it be required during this period.

  • Extended warranty - We are able to offer extended warranties on the majority of audio visual equipment, giving you extra peace of mind and limiting unbudgeted expenditure.

Support

We have 3 tiers of support. 

Tier 1: Send an email to support@boomspace.co.uk and a ticket will automatically be raised. 

Tier 2: Call us on the phone to receive immediate 'over the phone' support to help troubleshoot if you are in your meeting room and it is not behaving properly. 

Tier 3: We will send out an engineer for onsite support to resolve issues or to support during an important Townhall meeting.

Maintenance

Our fully trained engineers will attend your offices to conduct routine maintenance tasks on the entire Audio Visual estate.  They will perform a thorough technical health assessment to identify the current status of each AV space and identify any issues which need to be remedied, to reduce the risk of downtime.  We carry out scheduled maintenance visits, as part of an annual SLA or charge ad hoc.

Repair

We will troubleshoot AV hardware to establish if the equipment can be repaired onsite or if it needs to be returned to the manufacturer/authorised agent for repair. Once the diagnostics are complete, we prepare an estimate quote for the repair.

Asset Management

As part of our annual SLA, we collate a full asset register which includes key information that allows us to keep track of warranty status and product EOL life status. This allows us to predict potential product failures that could cause prolonged downtime in your meeting rooms.
